My career in the music industry began in 1979. Since then I’ve worked as a performer, music teacher and piano technician. I continue to teach piano and guitar lessons online.
In 1992 I began my training in piano tuning and repair. I studied with master technician Don Morton (a past president on the Piano Technicians Guild) and then joined the Piano Technicians Guild where I received even more training. Since that time my piano tuning and piano repair business has grown considerably. Before moving to Oxnard, I was the piano technician for four school districts (Bonita U.S.D., Glendora U.S.D., Azusa U.S.D. and Rowland U.S.D), Chaffey College, the Covina Center for the Performing Arts, many churches, community centers, music stores, teaching/recording studios and thousands of private customers.
Recent customers include: St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (Ventura), Pleasant Valley Parks and Rec (Camarillo), Dos Caminos Elementary School (Camarillo), St. Mary Magdalene Church (Camarillo), as well as many home pianos in Ventura County, including Ojai, Oak View, Oxnard, Somis, Port Hueneme and more.
